Why Vector Conrol?

Vector-borne diseases remain one of the most serious threats to global public health, disproportionately affecting the poorest and most vulnerable communities.

Among them, malaria continues to claim hundreds of thousands of lives each year—most of them children under five in sub-Saharan Africa.

Vector control, in particular ITNs stand as one of the most effective and proven strategies to prevent these diseases. By targeting the mosquitoes that transmit these diseases, we not only save lives but also alleviate the broader social and economic burden they place on families, communities, and already fragile health systems.

80%
of malaria deaths are among children under five.
ITNs
account for approximately 68% of the malaria cases averted since 2000
1 in 3
children in sub-Saharan Africa still sleep without a treated net.

Dual Active Series

Dual-active ITNs have shown up to 50% greater efficacy in reducing malaria cases compared to standard nets, particularly in regions with insecticide resistance.

They are a game-changing tool with the potential to avert millions of cases in high-burden areas.

We are proud to launch our first dual-active ITN, and are currently developing next-generation options designed to push efficacy even further—bringing smarter, stronger protection where it is needed most.
